Typically lasting just 40 to 60 minutes and as well as learning why insufficient and poor quality sleep is on the rise, this course will cover the following

  • Help staff understand why their sleep might be impacted more so at the current time and how to avoid longer term problems
  • Help staff understand how sleep is a key foundation to health and productivity but also resilience and immunity
  • Give staff the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about how lifestyle choices affect sleep
  • Help staff understand better diagnosis and treatment pathways and what your organisation can offer for more serious sleeping problems.
