Neil brings over 30 years of experience in health and safety, risk management, and training, developed through a distinguished career in the British Army. His roles ranged from Operational Training and Risk Manager to Senior Health & Safety Manager, where he led strategic safety initiatives and delivered training across high-risk environments.
As a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and a Technical Member of IOSH, Neil combines strategic insight with practical implementation.

Originally from Sunderland and now based in Frome, Somerset, Neil is an avid football fan and enjoys running and DIY projects. He continues to serve the MOD as a Reserve Army Officer, delivering risk management and assurance training to reserve forces within the tri-service domain.
