Month-long Sleep Challenge

For a learning experience that is tailored to your team over a month, why not take part in our month-long sleep challenge? Whether as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with the other options, this challenge will keep your employees engaged for a longer period of time and give them the opportunity to assess their own sleeping habits on a personal basis and create individual ways to tackle any problem areas.

From this sleep challenge, you can expect to do the following:

  • Run our sleep health self-assessment
  • Attend three webinars over the course of the month
  • Get three separate challenges, based on the main issues identified in the assessment to complete over the month
  • Fill in a daily sleep diary along the way
  • Understand which lines of your sleep diary are affected by changing your lifestyle habits
  • Build up to longer and better quality sleep at the end of the month.
